Important Notice Regarding Intended Use

All the material, documents, and any other content provided by mysupergeek.com, referred to collectively as the “Deliverables,” are intended for reference purposes only. The Deliverables are intended to enable customers to better understand the subject matter, structure, format, and usage of academic writings. The usage of the Deliverables in any manner that replaces the original work of the Customer or submission of the same to any academic institution in the name of the Customer's work is completely prohibited and constitutes an offense against this policy, copyright laws in effect, and academic integrity policy in place at the institution in question.

1. Ownership of Content and Materials

1.1. Proprietary Rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, all materials, texts, drafts, and research (“Deliverables”) provided by mysupergeek.com remain the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Radioplus Experts (the “Company”) and/or its affiliates.

1.2. Work Made for Hire. The Company engages writers as independent contractors. Pursuant to the contractor agreement, every writer irrevocably transfers and assigns to the Company all right, title, and interest, including copyright, in and to the Deliverables immediately upon creation. Consequently, writers are strictly prohibited from reproducing, reselling, or displaying such materials on any third-party platforms or portfolios.

2. Limited License to the Customer

2.1. Scope of Grant. Upon full payment for the Services, the Company grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Deliverables. This license is granted solely for the purposes of:

  • Personal, non-commercial research and study;
  • Academic referencing and citation with proper attribution;
  • Understanding structural and formatting requirements of academic writing.

2.2. Prohibited Uses (Academic Integrity). The Customer expressly agrees NOT to submit the Deliverables, in whole or in part, as their own original work to any educational institution or degree-granting body. Such action constitutes a violation of this Policy and may infringe upon copyright laws and academic regulations. The Company reserves the right to revoke the license immediately upon discovery of such misuse. For full details, see our Code of Integrity.

2.3. Human-Written Content Guarantee. mysupergeek.com provides exclusively human-written content. The use of AI-generated text, in whole or in part, by Writers is strictly prohibited under their contractor agreements. In the event a Customer believes the delivered content was produced using AI tools, they may submit a refund claim in accordance with our Refund Policy, supported by a verifiable report from a recognized AI detection tool (e.g., GPTZero, Originality.ai). mysupergeek.com reserves the right to independently verify such claims.

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

The Company complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If a visitor or copyright holder (“Claimant”) has a good faith belief that content hosted on the Website infringes their copyright, they may submit a formal notification.

3.1. Filing a Notice of Infringement. To be effective, the notification must be in writing and sent to the Company’s Designated Agent via email at [email protected]. The notice must include the following statutory elements:

  1. Identification of the Work: A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  2. Location of Material: A specific description of where the alleged infringing material is located on the Website (including the specific URL).
  3. Contact Information: The Claimant’s address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. Good Faith Statement: A statement that the Claimant has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

4. Governing Law

This Intellectual Property & DMCA Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, consistent with the registered jurisdiction of Radioplus Experts. For customers located in the United States, the DMCA provisions of this Policy are governed by applicable United States federal copyright law (17 U.S.C. Section 512). Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable local law.
