MySuperGeek was built around a simple idea: getting stuck shouldn't mean falling behind. Whether it's a statistics assignment that isn't clicking, a research paper where you can't find the right angle, or a coding problem keeping you up at night — our Geeks are here to help you work through it.
But “help” is the operative word. Our platform exists to support your learning, not to shortcut it. The guidelines below exist to protect that purpose — and to be honest with you about what we're here for and what we're not.
Every piece of work delivered through MySuperGeek is written by a real, qualified human expert. We prohibit our Geeks from using AI tools to generate content — not because we're told to, but because it defeats the point. You came here for genuine expertise, and that's what you get.
We take academic quality seriously enough to stand behind it: our writers are vetted, our work is checked for originality, and if something doesn't meet the standard we promised, we make it right.
MySuperGeek is a reference and learning support service. The materials our Geeks produce are intended to help you:
Think of it the way you'd think of a study group with someone who really knows the subject — they can show you how it's done, explain the reasoning, and help you get unstuck. What they can't do is sit the exam for you.
We want to be direct about this, because it matters for you as much as it matters for us.
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
These aren't bureaucratic rules — they're the line between using our service as intended and misusing it in ways that can have real academic and legal consequences for you.
MySuperGeek operates in a space where academic integrity policies vary significantly between institutions. We provide tools and reference materials; you are responsible for knowing and complying with your institution's specific rules on outside assistance, citation, and original work.
We expressly disclaim any liability for academic penalties, disciplinary action, loss of standing, or other consequences arising from misuse of our Services. By using our platform, you confirm that your use complies with your institution's policies.
Violations of this Code may result in:
We don't apply these measures lightly. But protecting the integrity of our platform is something we take seriously — for the sake of every student who uses it the right way.
Our community works best when everyone — students and Geeks alike — treats each other with straightforwardness and respect. A few things we ask of everyone on the platform:
Keep communication on-platform. Sharing or soliciting personal contact details, social media handles, or direct payment arrangements outside of MySuperGeek is prohibited. It puts both parties at risk and undermines the trust our platform is built on.
Be honest about your needs. The more accurately you describe what you're looking for, the better your Geek can help. Vague or misleading instructions don't serve anyone.
Give feedback directly. If something isn't right with a delivered piece of work, use our revision and dispute process — don't simply dispute the charge with your bank. We're here to fix problems, and a chargeback initiated without attempting resolution through our platform may affect your account standing.
We know AI tools are everywhere right now, and we're not pretending otherwise. Our position is simple: the value we offer is human expertise, and we protect that on both sides of the platform. Our Geeks don't use AI to produce your work. And using AI tools to disguise, repurpose, or misrepresent materials you've received through our platform — for example, running a reference paper through a paraphrasing tool before submitting it — doesn't make the use legitimate. It's still a violation of this Code and your institution's policies.
If you see something on our platform that contradicts these principles — whether it's a Geek behaving inappropriately or another user misusing the service — please reach out to us at [email protected]. We take every report seriously.
This Code of Integrity is part of the Terms and Conditions of MySuperGeek and should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Intellectual Property & DMCA Notice.
